Why should I be penalized for an upgrade fee when a location does t have my replacement screen cover in stock. Seems like a very easy way to bait and switch a customer. What should have been a $10 replacement was instead $30.97. As stated, this seems like a bait and switch. Oh were sorry we dont have that cover in stock. The upgrade is $30. Not cool

I have the Samsung S20 FE 5G and have had the screen protector replaced and am in need of a new one but the screen protector is out of stock and I was under the impression that i would be notified of when you guys get more in. Is there a different model I could get? Thanks, Casey

Waste of money,They tell you that once you register your item that if it breaks you have a life time warranty. Then you go on the website,if you can get on and they tell you that there is no item registered. You try to call customer service and after going thru a bunch of worthless promps they never pick up. Dont waste your money.

No reason for a review

The previous case I have broke, but I dont have proof of receipt for the warranty. The new case I ordered is the wrong one and I waited an hour to speak to someone in customer service before I hung up. Awful!
