Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
Tried reaching by phone and after 30 minutes on hold, still no answer. I could buy from a local shop, it's not worth the trouble using Zagg which used to be an excellent company.
We didn't open the screen protector for the ipad until yesterday when I presented it to my granddaughter for her birthday with the ipad. SO now it seems that the 5 day return policy is not effective since I received it on January 8th.

User's recommendation: Unless you want to spend $10 to have a new one shipped each time - avoid. you can purchase one locally that doesn't have to be shipped.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. While after waiting 3 weeks I finally received the correct item.
At no time did they offer any compensation for their mistake! I had to send many emails, phone calls and all they said was your correct item will be shipped when they get to it, they had other customers.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAGG! They do not care about customers and from supervisors on down they have no customer service skills.
It was style last one they had. When I got it home and installed it I noticed it had several scratches on it. I contacted Best Buy they said they had none available and I could get a refund. Since I needed it I reached out to ZAGG for a replacement.
I emailed support 3 times without a response! I then received a text promoting a sale they were having, I responded stop to inform them I didnt want texts sent to me. They responded with a phone # which I called! I was on hold for 45 mins.
and nobody responded. I then called back later and was on hold for another 30+ mins.
They have NO support and dont care about there customers. I want this protector replaced at no charge.

Horrible customer service, I called multiple numbers, and spent over 3 hours waiting for someone to pickup the phone, and no one ever picked up.
I've been with you guys for many years, but decided to go elsewhere, where threre is better customer service and better ratings. I feel like the people you have working at home, are doing other things than tending to there jobs. Eventually, they are running people off because people working at home, don't care about there jobs, all they care about is there weekly check.
I was also wanting to order screen protectors for my laptop and 3 of our iPads, but with sorry customer service, you will not get anymore of my business.
Years ago, I never had any trouble with customer service, but the ones you have now should be replaced.
I originally forgot my password, but when I requested a new one the website was acting up and never was sent a link to reset it.Yes, I did check my junk and spam folders.
But when you need a replacement, and you get no response, what would most people do?
I'm on blood thinners, and with a screen protector that is chips in it and has a spider wed in the center, I couldn't use my phone, and didn't want to make a trip to the hospital.

To ask warranty cover on a new I 15
i tried several times to communicate and speak with a live person
to explain what i needed, IMPOSSIBLE, your system send me to another sight where you have to give a credit card and be charged with
ONE dollar, that should be reimbursed to you/NEVER happened and on top of that that other sight automatically charged to my credit card
the amount over $ 40.00 more or less (Just Answer), i was able to contact them and that amount was cancelled, but no the ONE dollar,
we, received the C/C statement, and i just spoke with them and the charge was also cancelled. All i need to know if how and where i can get the glass on the I Phone 15 replaced. thank you

UPDATE! Keeps getting worse!
They sent me a replacement and it’s the wrong size, even though I stated size in my email. They are sending another one out, but I will wait another 10 days! Then because of their mistake they offered 20% off a future purchase (like I would even consider buying something from them) even though you can go on their website and they are offering 35% off site wide! Stay away from this company, I have never dealt with a company that has this terrible of customer service.
They really don’t care about consumers, I asked if they could speed up the delivery process and was told NO, when I told them I’d never buy anything from them again, the phone was silent until I ask another question!
Done with ZAGG At this point I don’t even care if I get my screen protector! Ken
